What deep cleaning covers
A deep clean starts with everything in our standard clean: kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, and floors. Then we add the slow detail work that regular visits skip.
We hand-wipe every baseboard in the house. We wipe doors, door frames, and light switches. We dust vents and ceiling fan blades, dust the blinds, and wipe window sills. In bathrooms and the kitchen we scrub tile grout. We degrease the stovetop and range hood, and we vacuum under and behind furniture we can move.
When a Johns Creek home needs a deep clean
The most common reason is a first visit. If you've never had a cleaning service, or it's been a few months, there's buildup a standard clean can't get to in one pass. A deep clean resets the house so regular visits can keep it there.
Other good times: before you host family for the holidays, after a renovation or a long stretch of work travel, at the start of spring, or before you list the house. If you're moving out entirely, look at our move-out cleaning instead, since that includes inside cabinets and appliances.
What deep cleaning costs in Johns Creek
Deep cleaning starts at $300 for homes up to 2,000 square feet. A lot of Johns Creek homes are bigger than that, so we'll ask for your square footage and bathroom count and give you a price before booking.
Deep cleans cost more than standard visits because they take longer, often about twice as long. You're paying for hands-on time spent on baseboards and grout, not a fancier name.
Add-ons worth knowing about
Inside the fridge and inside the oven are add-ons on a deep clean, $50 each. We keep them optional because plenty of people already keep up with those. Interior windows and empty kitchen cabinets can be added too. Every add-on price is listed on our pricing page.
How to get the most out of a deep clean
Clear off counters, dressers, and nightstands as much as you can before we arrive. The less we have to move, the more time goes into the actual cleaning. If there's a room or area that bothers you most, like a master bathroom shower or a kitchen range hood, tell us up front so we give it extra attention.
After a deep clean, standard visits every two weeks usually keep the house from sliding back. Plenty of Johns Creek clients book the deep clean first and set up the recurring schedule on the same call.
Booking a deep clean
Book online or call (404) 772-9403. Tell us it's a deep clean and roughly when the house was last professionally cleaned. That helps us plan the right amount of time so nothing gets rushed.
